What is Aufguss?
Aufguss is a sauna ritual originating from Germany and Austria in the 1990s. The word Aufguss is German and means "to pour on." The ritual typically consists of three rounds, where the sauna master mixes essential oils with crushed ice and places it on the hot stones. The aromatic steam is circulated around the room using towel techniques and fans, creating a deeply immersive experience.

Schedule and Themes:
Friday: 18:00, 19:00, and 20:00
Theme: From Weekday to Weekend – a gentle transition into the weekend.

Saturday: 08:00, 09:00, and 10:00
Theme: Morning Fresh – a refreshing start to the day.
