Key collection
If you are staying in a cabin or apartment booked through Gausta, you can collect your key from our key collection room. You will receive all the information you need by SMS before arrival.
Important: Please make sure the correct mobile phone number is registered with your booking. Instructions, access codes and key collection information will be sent to this number.
How to collect your key
The day before arrival
You will receive an SMS with directions to the key collection room.
On the day of arrival
At 4:00 PM, you will receive another SMS with the access code for the entrance door and the code for the key box assigned to your cabin or apartment.
At the key collection room
The entrance is located on the right-hand short side of the building. Use the codes you received by SMS to enter the room and open the correct key box.
Collect your key and information
Inside the key box, you will find your key and an information folder with the address, directions and other important information about your stay.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

If you are staying in a cabin or apartment at Gaustablikk Fjellhytter, Gaustablikk Apartments, or Kvitåvatn Fjellhytter, you will find the check-in steps below.
