Gaustablikk Fjellresort is a newly renovated 4-star hotel offering a unique combination of luxury and natural experiences. Located in the heart of beautiful surroundings with mountains and lakes right at our doorstep, we pride ourselves on providing a range of activities and events for our guests.
Our hotel has recently undergone extensive renovations to ensure that our guests enjoy the best experience with modern facilities and fresh interiors. We host star chef evenings where renowned chefs prepare exquisite meals for our guests, and our restaurants offer a wide range of delicacies to satisfy all palates. We also organize exciting events such as Oktoberfest in the fall and après-ski in the winter, allowing our guests to enjoy good food and drink in a lively atmosphere.
With the ski resort right outside the door, it's easy for our visitors to enjoy the slopes, and we also have great bike trails and stunning mountain views during the summer season. Regardless of the season, we offer a wide range of activities, from hiking and cycling to water activities, suitable for both families and adventure-seeking individuals.

Qualifications:
Experience in the Hotel or Service Industry: Previous experience is a significant advantage.
Basic Computer Skills: You are comfortable using computer systems.
Service-Oriented and Responsible: You prioritize guests' needs and take responsibility for your tasks from start to finish.
Independent and Solution-Oriented: You can work efficiently both alone and in a team.
High Work Ethic: You are dedicated and have a strong commitment to your job.
Good Teamwork Skills: You work well with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Multilingual: You are proficient in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) and English, both spoken and written.
The position includes:
Provide excellent customer service and offer information about the destination to ensure that our guests have a stay that meets their expectations and more.
Follow a shift schedule with shifts assigned for day, evening, and weekends.
Respond to incoming inquiries from various channels, primarily email and phone.
Ensure that communication and interactions with guests align with Gaustablikk and Gausta's values.
Contribute to effective communication with other departments, including the booking and marketing department, conference department, restaurant, and kitchen.
