In the role of a cleaning personnel, it is important that you provide a safe, secure, and clean experience for all our guests in all our facilities.
Having a penchant for maintaining a fit physique may be a personality trait for you and is a significant advantage for you to thrive in the role, especially if you enjoy nature. With a positive attitude towards keeping things in order around you, going the extra mile for a complete experience, you have the opportunity to develop the role and grow within it.
Ensure that technical faults and deficiencies are reported to the nearest supervisor.
Ensure that the cabins and apartments have the correct equipment, in the right quality and quantity.
Be familiar with the destination's fire and safety procedures.
The position includes:
Cleaning cabins and apartments.
Cleaning associated areas according to provided work instructions.
Assisting in the event of an evacuation at Gaustablikk Fjellresort.
Reporting completed cabins and apartments using our digital app.
Handling lost and found items.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is cheerful and positive – you have a passion for service and meeting people! You are easy to work with but also excel when working independently.
You have an eye for detail and ensure that our guests have a fantastic and safe experience with us. You have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other employees in the company.
It's essential that you enjoy cleaning, maintaining order, and have an eye for detail. We appreciate it if you have good physical fitness, can handle a fast-paced environment with a lot to do, and enjoy working towards clear goals.
You should be able to understand and communicate with our guests and colleagues in a Scandinavian language or in English. Knowing multiple languages is a plus.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of previous cleaning experience and a Class B driver's license.
