Mountain Aufguss Session
Experience a unique Mountain Aufguss in Gausta’s stunning nature with breathtaking views of Gaustatoppen. Our skilled Sauna Masters guide you through 50 minutes of intense warmth, invigorating steam, and carefully selected essential oils that create a sensory atmosphere.
Between sessions, cool off with an ice bath in crystal-clear mountain water, the perfect blend of calm and revitalization.
