Practical Information
Please visit the reception at Gaustablikk Fjellresort 15 minutes before to collect your keycard, bathrobe, and towel.
Change into your swimwear and bathrobe in the wellness area.
Water and fruit will be available in the wellness area before/after the session.
Arrive changed and ready at the floating sauna (right side) no later than 5 minutes before the ritual begins.
Each ritual lasts 60 minutes, with breaks in between.
A maximum of 12 people per group, so book your spot early!

Meet Dampmakerne
Tor Magne and Michele, known as Dampmakerne, are certified aufguss masters from Farris Bad. With Tor Magne’s experience as an aufguss master since 2014 and Michele joining the field in 2020, they have built a strong partnership over the past three years.
They began their journey at Skien Fritidspark and have organized private sauna experiences at various locations, though they have primarily worked at the water park in Langesund. Now, we are thrilled to welcome them to Gausta, where they will share their unique and refreshing sauna rituals with our guests.
Their motto, "sauna experiences for everyone", reflects their commitment to creating relaxing and revitalizing experiences for all, with a focus on rest and well-being.
