Tired legs and an empty stomach? Time for lunch at Bygget, right at the bottom of the slope at Hovdestaul.
The restaurant at Hovdestaul is opening ahead of the 2019/2020 winter season as usual, but with new chefs, a new menu and a new concept. A new menu has been introduced which includes both classics and dishes with a twist: burgers, prime rib chilli and whitefish roe waffle, for example. As well as an evening menu.
There will also be après ski here on selected Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the winter season.
